Success at Birch Bay Discovery Days

The District successfully participated in Birch Bay's annual arts and crafts festival Discovery Days held July 19-20, 2008. Water conservation mascot "Wayne Drop" visited Birch Bay and the festival to remind us of our region's commitment to wise water practices. Images of Wayne Drop and Discovery Days can be found here.
